- Q1. How do I create an online account?TopA1. To create an account with us, click on to the business section and complete an application form.
- Q2. Can I login if I have an existing account with Fasco?TopA2. No, you will still need to create an online acount. We can then make sure that any special prices or products that you purchase are available to you when you login.
- Q3. Can I view my order history?TopA3. Not at the moment, but it is due in the next phase of the website.
- Q4. What payment methods can I use?TopA4. The site uses Worldpay to process payments. Worldpay accepts all the major credit and debit cards and is completely secure, allowing you to shop safely.
- Q5. I want to return an item?TopA5. You can request a return by phoning our sales team with your order details. The number is 01324 667510. Please read the returns and refunds section to make sure you are eligible to return your item.
- Q6. I have not received my order?TopA6. Either send us an Email via the contact us section os give one of our sales staff a call on 01324667510.
- Q7. Delivery charges?TopA7. All orders over £30 +Vat include free delivery. Orders less than £30 have a standard £4.95 delivery charge.
- Q8. Delivery times?TopA8. All our products specify an estimated delivery time. These times are based on whether we have the item in stock or if we need to order in. This time is how long we will take for your order to leave our warehouse. Delivery times of post or carrier companies must be taken into account as well.
- Q9. Where is my 3 digit security code?TopA9. You can find your security code on the back of your card. It’s the last 3 digits of the string of numbers on the signature strip.
